looks awesome!

you can make and export gifs with photoshop~
(a free program would  be GIMP) or sites like giphy but I don't know if this would be better quality :'D

I'll reiterate what Vorchin said, I use Gimp for GIFs and the like :)

That's... kind of weird :O
I think there are ways to improve the quality of a GIF by modifying/optimizing the frames (layers), but I honestly don't know how DX Wish I could help, but I haven't had issues like that before, sorry :'(
(Did you try to google how to improve quality of GIFs?)

there seemed not to be more quality options on gimp.. maybe my version is too old.
..but on the other hand, the low quality doesnt make a GIF bad, that rough-pixelated appearence somehow belongs to it (at least I think so)
for a next GIF, I'll definitely try to find out how to make a better quality :)

Gimp is supposed to be a rather decent program (certainly not comparable to PS), but I admit I don't know enough about it to know how to make better quality GIFs :'D

I think GIFs are 8-bit color depth only, right? Smooth gradients and the like are not translated very well because of that I think (I might be wrong haha). But you're right, GIFs are inherently lower in quality

Haha, looking forward to it then! :D

you can use Gimp have each frame a different layer and when you export it you can choose the interval in between frames

Hm.. could you create an .mp4 and convert that? Or upload as .swf? You can use MovieMaker and the freemake video converter for that. .swf is, as far as I know, the best type of file to upload any kind of animation to deviantArt.
